Shipping and Handling ChargesAll products are created, warehoused and shipped from the U.S.A.
The charges listed below are estimated minimum costs. You will be notified via e-mail if the actual shipping fees are higher.
Standard Shipping (within the USA) – shipped within 7 to 21 days based on the
requirement for creation of your product
- For small items where the largest dimension is NO MORE than 18” –
Minimum charge of $9.00, second item at $4.50, thereafter every additional item at $3.00 per item
- For larger items where the largest dimension is more than 18” and less than 40" –
Minimum charge of $23.50, every additional item at $12.50 per item
Note : Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii cost 25% more than items described in 1 and 2 above.
Special Shipping (within the USA)
- Three(3) day shipping – add minimum of $15.00 (e.g. $9.00 + $15.00 = $24.00)
- Freight Charges (due upon delivery) – add minimum of $80.00
(where the package measurements of girth + height is more than 130”. This also applies to items where the smallest dimension is 40" or more. These shipments will be sent by truck)
Canada
- Approximately 2.25 times more on USA charges (e.g. $9.00 X 2.25 = $20.25)
Outside of the USA (not including Canada)
- US Postal Service Global Express, 3 to 5 days – minimum of $80.00
(includes insurance and tracking)
Note : Only for shipments with maximum packing dimensions, girth + height, of 108"
Return or ReplacementIf you wish to return or replace items which are in good, marketable condition (nothing damaged, no missing parts), please e-mail us at sales@cherishcollectibles.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, providing your reasons for wanting to return or replace the items. Each request will be assessed on a case-to-case basis. Art is subjective, and no two pieces are exactly alike, so please help us to ascertain that there are valid reasons for the item(s) to be returned or replaced.
Before returning any items, you will need to obtain a return authorization note from us. All items returned MUST be in original, unused and marketable condition with original packaging and shipping documents. A restocking fee may apply.
If the items were damaged during shipping, simply make a claim with the carrier company. The carrier will handle your refund.
